Evil Dead II | Dir Sam Raimi | 1987 | Comedy/ Horror | 1h 24m | CERT 18
A cult classic from the mind of horror icon Sam Raimi. Ash (Bruce Campbell) and his girlfriend Linda stumble across a log cabin in the woods where they play a voice recording reciting ancient chants from “The Book of the Dead" and unleash evil forces.
"EVIL DEAD 2 IS REALIZED WITH SUCH AN UNMATCHABLE DEGREE OF INGENUITY AND ENERGY THAT THE FILM'S PURE ZANINESS AFFIRMS ITS STATUS AS GLORIOUSLY GROTESQUE ART."
